When paying for a service via Real Flow Finance Pty Ltd or Real Flow Finance (NZ) Limited T/as ‘Campaign Flow’ card details are transmitted through a secure server hosted by Airwallex. Card data is not hosted by Campaign Flow.
Customer satisfaction and business integrity are our highest priorities. We behave in an open and honest manner, and we expect our customers to do the same with us. By using the https://app.campaignflow.com.au or https://app.campaignflow.co.nz portal and making your payment you agree that you have read and understood and accept our full terms and conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected by our refund policy in the event of a problem with your marketing campaign, please contact us directly via email@example.com and we will investigate. If the source of the problem is found to be due to our service, we will contact you to work out a solution. Refunds will be made at the sole discretion of Campaign Flow and refund payments can only be made to the applicant vendor. Please note, Refunds are not payable if a marketing campaign has commenced, and your property listing has been published on a major listing portal or alike digital real estate marketing platforms. Refunds are not payable because you have changed your mind. If we choose to refund your payment, a $25 refund administration fee may be payable.
