Here’s what you need to know
Pay On Success removes the stress of marketing a property for sale as these expenses are ONLY paid when a property is sold. This means that the expenses are paid out of the proceeds from the sale, so are only repaid when the sale funds are available.
Peace of mind that in the unusual circumstances that a property doesn’t sell within 12 months of listing (by any agency or privately) the marketing expenses DO NOT have to be repaid.
There is an extended period of up to 12 months to secure a sale, and a further 6 months for it to settle before the marketing expenses are due for repayment.
In return for this opportunity, commitment to a fair sales process is required – this means a property needs to be actively marketed for sale, habitable, and accessible for a minimum period of time. However, there is no obligation to accept a particular price for a property.
Pay On Success is only available for residential properties. It is not available for developers or flippers.
